Sharing information with webinar partners

If you submit your information to register for our webinars hosted by us or other third party providers. The PD/PI you provide to participate in these webinars may be shared and stored by us and the other third parties we work with, including www.ibm.com, www.arrow.com, www.tasktop.com, www.gitlab.com and https://www.scaledagileframework.com 

Sharing information with Google for marketing purposes

We may share your PD/PI with third parties for similar marketing purposes. Marketing to similar audiences is also known as ” lookalike audience marketing.” The third parties with whom we share your PD/PI for this type of marketing include Google. Using your PD/PI for lookalike audience marketing or marketing to lookalike audiences helps us find new audiences (users and customers) who have similar interests to you. Your PD/PI will only be shared with Google for this type of marketing. By using our website and agreeing to our Privacy Policy, you consent to the use of your PD/PI for the marketing purposes described in this section.

Disclosure of information required by law

Retention and destruction of your PD

We retain the information we collect from you (including your PD) only as long as we need it for legal, business or tax purposes. Your information may be retained in electronic form, paper form, or a combination of both. When we no longer need your information, we will destroy it, delete it, or have it deleted.

Updating your PD
