Find a qualified IBM Engineering (Jazz) platform administrator who is able to properly install and then maintain the software. We always tell our clients that the foundation for implementing the Jazz platform is a local team that supports these tools within the organization. It pays to think about the maintenance of the IBM software to avoid costly repairs, migrations or errors later on.
Below we present a list of topics that we will discuss in our mentoring workshops. The topics were developed based on previous experience and completed projects.
